JX6 LARGE TOOL MICROSCOPE

PURPOSE
USAGE
The large tool microscope is a versatile instrument. It is suitable for use in the workshop and the inspection department of research institutes and universities.

The chief uses of the instrument are as follows:
1. Inspect the shape of contour of work-pieces, such as templates, formed cutters,
Profile-milling cutters, punching dies and cams
2. Measure various parameters of a thread, including the pitch diameter, the external diameter, internal diameter, the pitch, the thread angle, the position of the thread angle with respect to the thread axis and the shape of the thread (the roundness, flatness and the straightness of the thread profile).
3. Measure of angles, including the thread angles of thread cutters, thread milling cutters and comb-type thread cutters, and contour angles of profile milling cutters and various templates.
4. Measure the diameter of bores and the width of all kinds of grooves with the optical feeler.
5. Measure center-to-center distance of bores, the width of the slit, the segment of A Line or the distance between two lines or symmetrical figures on the work-pieces with the double-image eyepiece.
6. Measure the radius ( R01-R100) with the R-template eyepiece easily and precisely.
