Character: Heptahydrate is colorless prismatic or needle-shaped crystal. Anhydrous is white crystalline powder or powder. It's odorless, tastes bitter and salty. It is freely soluble in water (119.8%, 20ºC) and glycerin,slightly soluble in ethanol. The aqueous solution is neutral.
