II. Process Principle
The BDF-M integrated wastewater treatment equipment uses a process of pre-anoxic + anaerobic + anoxic + aerobic MBBR + high-efficiency sedimentation + deep filtration. This process includes a pre-anoxic zone where sludge is first recirculated to undergo denitrification. The mixed liquor then flows through the anoxic zone to the anaerobic zone, avoiding interference from nitrates and DO in the sludge on anaerobic phosphorus release. To address potential carbon source deficiencies, the process uses necessary point inflows and adds high-efficiency sedimentation and continuous deep filtration.
This process achieves high efficiency in nitrogen and phosphorus removal, with noticeable effects and stable operation.
