A: The samples will delivery within 3 working days after we receive the sample charges and confirmed files.
3. Q:What is the MOQ for your product?
A:Normally our MOQ for each electric product is 2000pcs, for some special production we also can supply MOQ less than 2000pcs
4. Q:What is the lead time for mass production?
A:It depends on the quantity and the season you place the order,normally the lead time is 20days within 5000pcs
5. Q:What is the payment term?
A:Normally we accept T/T (30% deposit before production and the balanced before shipment), also we can make L/C or other payment term if request.
6. Q:How does your factory control quality?
A:Quality is the most important for us, we always pay high attention to quality controlling from the very beginning to the end, most of our production has approved by CE, ROSH
7. Q:Can you arrange shipment?
A:Yes,we can arrange shipment by boat,by air or express as your request,we have good cooperation with shipping agent

A:We are honored to offer you samples,the sample charge and shipping cost will be pay by buyer,you can pay from Western Union,Paypal and TT,normally the samples can be ready in 3-7days. We can refund the money when you place the order
