Which was established in 2010, is an enterprise specialized in manufacturing baby diapers, sanitary napkins and baby wipe products, integrating product development, design, production and sale into a whole. Bangbao (Benbow) are located in Foshan Guangdong, with fast and convenient access to Canton Nansha Port.
Bangbao started to upgrade and brought in automatic equipements and international standard workshops in 2016. For now, Bangbao owns a production base of 68,000 m2 or about 17 acres along with 40,000 m2 of storage space controlled by an automated storage system. Our workshop is classified as food grade and class 10k clean room, and it is also the first clean central air-conditioned workshop in China. The workshop holds 12 international fully-automated production lines which maximally reduce human intervene in the production process to satisfy and ensure products' safety and hygiene standard. Besides, an advanced Japan-made-SAP core production line offers both standard and specialized solutions in absorbent core to satisfy various needs. The product's quality is guaranteed by whole-time and whole-procedure supervision which supports the Quality Control System with detailed and traceable information. We also own a high standard dust-free Laboratory which examine the quality of our products thoroughly to offer a safe and hygienic service to our customer.
1. Are you a qualified manufacturer?
We are an ISO, CE, FDA approved manufacturer in baby diapers, sanitary napkins, baby wipes and other hygiene products.
2. Do you provide ODM/OEM service?
Yes, absolutely. We offer both design and production.
3. What is your MOQ?
Customized order requires MOQ over 100,000 pieces. For ordering our brands, 20GP is enough.
4. What is your delivery date?
For ODM/OEM customized order, 30 days after recieving deposit.
5. What is your payment terms?
T/T, 30% should be paid as deposit, and 70% balance should be cleared after production is done and before shipment.
6. Can you send free samples?
Of course, it is definitely a good way to ensure you with our product's quality. Freight prepaid is required according to actual fee.
7. Where is your factory located? Can I visit it?
We are located in Foshan, Guangdong, next to Canton and Hongkong. We are welcoming our customers to visit our factory and give us a chance to show you our capability in production and company management.
