With this special designing the 5XFS-7.5BC Double Air Screen Cleaner had been widely used for sesame cleaning,especially in Africa which part got lots of sesame;also for the sunflower seeds and quinoa which is popular in Europe and South America.
As the pre-cleaning machine,the machine can connected with other fine cleaning machine like De-stoner or Gravity Separator to make the whole cleaning processing line.
•The raw sesame went to the main machine by elevator,first go through the from air screen part which can remove the dust and light impurities;
•Then the sesame will go to the vibration grader which will remove the larger and smaller impurities than sesame by the different hole size in the four layer sieves;
•At the same time,the sesame will go to the back air screen part for the second time light impurities removing,which improve the purity of the final sesame.
