1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste) and so on.
This section is used for processing and storage of raw materials.

2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This section is the core section for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section is used for making steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plate, manual (automatic) hanging mesh and automatic circulation of assembly frame.

3.Pouring and pre-curing section
This section is the core section for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

4.Cutting section
The mold frame loaded with billet body is demudded by turning the crane.The blank body together with the side plate is placed on the cutting car, and the cutting molding of the product is completed by side, horizontal and vertical cutting.
The cut body is completed by the ground turning table to remove and recycle the corner waste.
After the waste is removed, the blank body is completed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5.Autoclaving section
The assembled cakes are sent into the tank for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism in front of theautoclaves and the ferry cart in front of it.
The autoclave cured products are pulled out of the autoclave by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging
The cakes that have been steamed out of the autoclave are sorted, palletized, packed and transported to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipments after being separated.
