HSK2005-0410(Z) Thick Film Firing Furnace
Application:This furnace is designed for thick film products firing, such as Hybrid IC, chip-R, SMD components terminal, LTCC, Stainless steel heater, PV thin film cell and other similar products.
Technical Specification:
1. Max Temperature: 1000ºC,Temperature Range: RT~900ºC,
2. The Effective Height of the Product: ≤50mm.
3. Belt Width: 200mm.
4. Belt Material: Cr20Ni80 nickel chrome material, V type mesh.
5. Max Load on the belt: 35Kg/m2(exclude the belt weight)
6. Drive System: Big wrap angle friction drive.
7. Belt Speed: 20~150mm/min, Stepless speed regulation control with frequency conversion.
8. Heating Element: Infrared FEC Heater.
9. Firing Atmosphere: Dry and clean Compressed air.
10. Atmosphere Control: 5 compressed air inlet pipes, 5 flowmeters control, flow measuring range: 12~120 L/min, the flow of each flowmeter is adjustable.
11. Exhaust System: there is an exhaust stacks on the preheating zone.
12. Cooling Mode: Fan cooling.
13. Chamber: Use big chamber structure, super light insulating material.

Entrance Vestibule Zone: length 350mm, include entrance curtain (multilayer stainless steel sheet).
Entrance Insulation Zone: length 100mm, ceramic fibre insulation.
Heating Zone: length:1200mm. 4 zones, the length of each zone: 300mm.
Insulation Cooling Zone: length: 300mm,no heating elements.
Eixt Insulation Zone: length 100mm, ceramic fibre insulation.
Forced Cooling Zone: length: 825mm, no insulation material, the cooling fans blow the furnace tube directly.
Furnace Height: 1250mm, exclude the exhaust height.
Load Table: length: 600mm, Height: 770mm~820mm.
Unload Table: length: 600mm, Height: 770mm~820mm.
The Total Length of the Furnace: 4075mm.
