CAT LITTER PROCESS TECHNOLOGY

1.Raw materials receiving& Mixing Process:Raw materials can be tofu, bean curd residue, soybean curb residue, soyabean fiber, corn starch, pea flour, bentonite, corn flour, soyabean meal, guar gum and etc. Raw materials are mixed according to a certain formula and ratio.Mixing is considered to be one of the essential operations in cat litter processing.
2.Pelletizing Process:
Cat Litter pellet mill/ cat litter granulator is the core equipment of the whole cat litter production line. According to different raw material, material formula and working condition, we can offer you different pellet mills.

3. Drying Process:

After cat litter is pelletized, the moisture content is high, cat litters are dired to about 8% and sterilized by our micro-wave dryer, it could be stored for long time.

4.Cooling& Sifting Process:

The dried cat litter is a little hot. Counter-flow cooler & sifter is designed to cool tofu bentonite cat litter and screen qualified cat litters. It can decrease the temperature of cat litters, after processing, you can get the qualified cat litter without fine powder.
5. Packing Process:Finally, tofu cat litter/ bentonite cat litter/ pine wood cat litter should be packed for transporting, storing or selling.

6.Automatic Electrical Control System(Customized):
With the automatic electrical control system, the production line is with high efficiency and convenient operation.
