In the casting process, our company strictly controls the quality:
1. Strictly control the raw materials to ensure that the sulfur and phosphorus elements of the raw materials do not exceed the standard;
2. Strictly control the temperature of molten iron, do not spill materials, so that the temperature of molten iron is always within the scientific temperature range;
3. The shape uses the laminated sand process to ensure that the appearance of the steel ball is smooth and burr-free;
4. Strictly control the content when adding elements, implement pre-furnace spectral analysis, and if the pouring sample before the furnace is unqualified, the furnace molten iron is unqualified.
5. For the physical and chemical analysis of the formed steel balls, 5 balls are randomly selected per furnace, and 1 steel ball is unqualified, then the furnace is all unqualified, and the furnace is remelted or sold according to the lower grade products;
6. Pick, polish and clear the sand of the formed steel ball, pick the unqualified steel ball back to the furnace for re-refining, and clear the sand of the qualified ball small ball mill to improve the service life of the steel ball;
7. Further heat treatment and oil quenching of the formed steel balls greatly improve the wear resistance of the product.
