Applications:
DXDJ40II/150II model machine is suitable for automatically packing viscous products with free flowing, such as tomato sauce, jam, paste, cosmetic cream, gel, lotion noodle jam, meat jam and broth etc.
Advantages:
1, Our machine uses a unique pump which has a non drip and tail suck back function, this ensures that the sealing margin is very clear without any paste drip on seal to make bag airtight.
2, High temperature resistant and pressure proof bearings are installed on terminal sealing rollers inside and consistently maintain machine integrated operation. On market there are some machines are with bearing bush only can be used 2-3 months.
3, The unique technology and craftwork is used on the horizontal and vertical sealing heating system, which makes the sealed bags are fantastically smooth, no any wrinkles and looks perfect.
4, Machine operation is controlled by touch screen in different languages. All function is displayed on monitor to be easy to operate. Touch screen can store a large amount of data processing to enhance machine performance.
5, The motor is servo motor instead of frequency motor, this servo motor doesn't need any lubrication oil, and other advantage of this motor is power save.
6, Traditional cutter is embedded on sealing rollers, the sealing and silting are at same time, blade will be blunt after 3 months. The cutter new design is individual from sealing roller. In our new design that cutter can be used at least to 3 years.
7. Photocell fixes bag length by film label.
