Overview
Electric wire mesh welding machines adopt electrical and electronic synchronous control techniques, with both separate-phase welding and welding time controlled by digital and integrated electric circuits. This ensures accurate and stable operation, with firm welded points and no welded tracks.
Working Principle
Cross Wire Feeding: Cross wires are pre-straightened and cut, then put into the cross wire hopper. A step motor in the hopper controls the fetching and feeding of the cross wires into the welding area automatically, ensuring accuracy.
Longitude Wire Feeding: Longitude wires are fed from coils.
Mesh Pulling System: The mesh pulling system adopts an elastic tension link and mesh opening size positioning system, making it easy to regulate the mesh hole size. The welding aperture can be adjusted randomly within a certain range.
