Product Description
DL-Methionine
Methionine is the "skeleton" amino acid of protein biosynthesis. It is one of the essential amino acids for the growth of poultry and livestock animals. It has a strong regulatory effect on animal metabolism and is widely used in feed, food and cosmetics. In the feed industry, the dosage of methionine is the largest, which is used as a nutritional fortifier of feed and a feed additive to make up for the balance of amino acids. Adding 1kg methionine in feed is equivalent to the nutritional value of 50kg fish meal.
The amount of methionine added in the feed is generally 0.05% ~ 0.2%.
