Applicaiton:
1. As a new type of PVC auxiliary heat stabilizer, its transmittance is high,none-toxic and tasteless; it can be used with solid or liquid calcium/zinc,barium/zinc and other heat stabilizers,can greatly improve PVC initial coloring, transparency, and long-term stability, as well as the precipitation and 'zinc fever' in processing.
2. Its characteristic is it has very good synergistic effect to 'zinc soap', addition of this product can effectively inhibit 'zinc burning', suitable to implement in rigid, non-toxic,tasteless field, promote the upgrading of the Calcium/Zinc compound stabilizer, it is widely used in medical, food packaging and other non-toxic transparent PVC products(such as PVC bottles,sheets, a transparent film etc.)
Dibenzoyl Methane can absorb more than 290nm UV, at the same time having the function of light stabilization, can provide long term stability on PVC products.
