Big Od Hydro Tester is used implement the water pressure testing for big diameter pipes.
Normally, the pipe OD is bigger than 400mm, and the Max testing pressure is not bigger than 45MPa.
There are three sealing mode can be selected, i.e. big clearance outside radial sealing, big clearance inside expansion radial sealing and end sealing.
Big clearance outside radial sealing is suitable for pipe OD from 400mm to 508mm, Max testing pressure can reach 70MPa.
Big clearance inside expansion radial sealing(patent No. ZL 2010 2 022 682 4.8 ) is suitable for pipe OD from 508mm to 630mm, Max testing pressure can reach 70MPa.
End sealing is suitable for pipe OD from 400mm to Max OD, Max testing pressure can reach 35MPa. If test pressure is bigger than 35 MPa, select the another two mode.
Customers can select the sealing mode according to the needed.
