MEGATRO provides bigger matt wind tower mast. These wind towers are made from solid steel and welded by certified welders, which is the tower units for wind power turbine, applied with wind power Generator during wind power generation. It is the large diameter & thick steel pipe structure below the generator of a wind turbine that supports the turbine. It is also the main stressed components which need to be enough strength and rigidity to endure huge wind pressure and shearing forces. The base also serves to elevate the turbine above surrounding obstacles that could otherwise block the wind. The tower internal units are formulated to a large tube with a variety of accessories which include platforms, ladders, cable fixings, positioning of switchboard and so on. MEGATRO had provide wind tower to REPOWER, NORDEX, GE, SUZLON in the recent years and invest too much to middel-east Asian market.

MEGATRO bigger matt wind tower belong to sefl-support type, as same as taper monopole; MEGATRO's all welded design provides maximum tower stiffness, minimum twist/sway and bending. Towers come with single pole and climbing ladder and rest platform and other tower accessories. After fabrication towers are delivered to take sand-blasting, then painting them one by one. First prime painting, then intermediate coat and as last finish painting.
All fabrication will be discussed by both parties and reach an agreement before mast production.
