1. Can you accept the customer small order quantity?
Yes, Our MOQ is 100 pcs per design for fully sublimation products according to your artwork and size chart.
2. Can you make the color as we need?
Yes,you can choose the color you need.Give the Panton color number to us.If the quantity what you need is small.We can provided the fabric color card for your selection.If the quantity is big,we can custom the fabric as the panton color you need.
3. How about the logo?
We will use different printing method on the basis of your design,material ,your logo ect.We can make the logo by screen printing ,heat transfer printing, emboss printing.
4. Can you help for design?
Yes, we have our own designer,you can give your logo and idea to us ,we can assist the design work,provide sereval design for your reference.
5. How can I get the sample?
After approval the design,material and printing method,you pay the sample cost ,then we will make the sample for you and First take sample picture once we finish it . If you feel good,we will send the sample to you ,you can check all the details.then we can arrange the mass production after sample approved.
6. What about the warranty?
We can not guarantee you that we should make no mistake ,but there is one thing for sure that we will do our best to solve the problems concerning the products by reducing the mistakes on the minimum.
