Fluidized Circulating Bed boiler (as known as FCB boiler) refers to a type of boiler in which polverized fuel is burnt while being blown to circulate in fluidizing motion. FCB boiler is now the most recognizable boiler type, especially in the area of power generation. It is mostly used for burning biomass, kerogen shale and other fuel hard to combust.
FCB boiler has following features:
1. High burning rate: FCB boiler unit, among all the boilers, has the highest buring efficiency (98% to 99%) due to the circulation of fuel propelled by air blown to the furnace.
2. Wide range of choice on fuel: FCB boiler was designed to burning most of fuel that are hard to burn otherwise, such as MSW (Municipal Solid Waste), coal gangue,kerogen shale and animal dung. Wide application of FCB has made power generation available to people in less developed area.
3. Highly developed technology: the application of FCB boiler is one of the most developed area of Chinese power generation generation sector. Technical difficulties such as expansion, overheating, erosion, wearing-out have been overcome over the year, which makes the operation safer than ever.
4. Low maintenance cost & long service: Silicon nitride lining extends the service life to over 20 years and also makes regular maintenance less frequent, compared to other boilers.
5. Easy mounting of heat recovery system: heat recovery system can be mounted to boiler for collecting energy from the exhaust. Combined with Low-temperature steam turbine provided by Runh Power, the FCB boiler is able to generate additional power, for either service power consumption or transmitting to grid.
Runh Power positions itself no only as a supplier of power plant equipment but also an independent contractor of EPC service (engineering, purchase & construction) delivering power station project.
With at least PPA and Feasibility Report in place, Runh Power is able to help the commissioner to secure private investment or loan from the state bank.

3.Equipment Purchase& Transportation
a.Turbo Generator Set and its auxiliary systems (boiler, condensing water collector, deaerator, high pressure and low pressure superheaters, power distribution system. etc )
b. All the construction material, tools, spare parts and other necessities of the project
4. Civil Construction
a. All the civil construction work within the parameter of power plant
5. Operation & Maintenance
a. Operation of power plant (technical counseling) (Optional)
b.Regular maintenance and inspection (Optional)
c.Technical Training Program for Power Plant Personnel (Optional)
d.General Overhaul (Optional)
6. Installation & Testing
a.Installation & testing for all systems & equipment provided by Runh Power
