1 Process description
Hammermill a European brand and is now produced in China. This equipment integrates the functions of organic waste crushing, impurity separation, and slurry preparation . It has the advantages of high degree of integration, complete functions, compact structure, and good impurity separation effect.
After the organic waste enters the equipment, the large solid organic matter (food, bones, etc.) and easily broken heavy materials (shells, glass, porcelain pieces, etc.) are broken into particles less than 8 mm and discharged from the filter at the bottom of the equipment, while the remaining light materials (plastics, fibers, bamboo, etc.) and impurities such as metals that are not easy to break are transported to the tail end and fall into the impurity output spiral. The separated light materials such as plastics have low moisture content and low organic content and can be directly incinerated.
A water adding system is set at the inlet of the equipment. If necessary, tap water or return water can be added to adjust the solid content of the slurry.
The prepared slurry is transported by a compressed air pump, which has the characteristics of energy saving and low failure rate. It avoids the wear of the stator and rotor by heavy particles in the slurry when using traditional slurry delivery pumps (screw pumps, centrifugal pumps), saving operation and maintenance costs.
