Comparing DS-7(ST25), DS-8( ST30 ) has one more mode----APCV
APCV mode is particularly for critical patients who have rapid and shallow breathing (high-frequency breathing) and low tidal volume. It mainly aims to get the targeted tidal volume, commonly used for the hospital. We suggest patients use ST mode after leaving the hospital and don't use APCV mode for a long time.
