Application
TP-2801E1 asphalt penetration tester is designed and manufactured as per the T0604 "Asphalt Penetration Test" in the China Transportation Industry Standard JTG E20 "Highway Engineering Asphalt and Asphalt Mixture Test Regulations", GB/T 4985 "Penetration Determination of Petroleum Wax", GB/T 4509 "Determination of Penetration of Petroleum Pitch" (equivalent to ASTM D5), GB/T 269 "Determination of Penetration of Lubricating Grease and Petroleum Grease". It is mainly used to determine the penetration of asphalt, paraffin wax and lubricating grease.
Technical Features
1. High-precision temperature controller, convenient temperature setting and high temperature control accuracy.
2. Equipped with cold light source and magnifying glass, convenient to use and operate.
3. Equipped with a needle penetration display, the data is stable and accurate, and the observation is convenient.
4. With functions of coarse and fine adjustment of the lifting frame, which is convenient for the needle tip to align with the sample plane.
