Die Casting Parts
Die casting parts is produced by a die casting machine which is assembled with casting mold. The heating of liquid aluminum or aluminum alloy is poured into the die casting machine feed inlet, and then casted in the machine to produce some aluminum parts or aluminium alloy shaped by the mould.
Surface finish: Heat treatment /Polishing, Electronic Polishing / (Zinc, nickel, chrome, tin, brass, gold, silver, titanium) Plating / Electrophoresis / Black Oxide / Hot-dip galvanizing / Powder Coating / Paint Coating / Blasting / Shot Blasting / Bead Basting / Anodizing / Phosphating / PAD Printing / Laser etching / Dacromet Coating / Enamel
