PVC PROTECTION TAPE
BACKING: White ( black) PVC film
Backing thickness: 90± 5um
Total thickness: 0.10mm± 0.005mm
Feature: Anti-corrosion, easily peeled, no residual adhesive
Application: Used for surface protection of AL-alloy material, but not suitable for the outdoor use with insolation for long time (beyond 3 months).
Tensile strength: (TD)- - ≥ 20(N/cm)
Elongation at break: ≥ 150%.
Adhesive: Non-permanent V06 acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive.
Ball tack≥ 10#steel bal
Adhesive strength≥ 1.5N/25mm
Holding power≥ 120min
Residue on surface (under 55º C): No residue.
