BACKING: White ( black) PVC film
Backing thickness: 90±5um
Total thickness: 0.10mm±0.005mm
Feature: Anti-corrosion, easily peeled, no residual adhesive
Application: Used for surface protection of AL-alloy material, but not suitable for the outdoor use with insolation for long time (beyond 3 months).
Tensile strength: (TD)--≥20(N/cm)
Elongation at break: ≥150%.
Adhesive: Non-permanent V06 acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive.
Ball tack≥10#steel bal
Adhesive strength≥1.5N/25mm
Holding power≥120min
Residue on surface (under 55ºC): No residue.
