Introduction of BS Roller Crusher:
This is our new designed BS roller crusher with press rollers inside, with a better grinding performance than other traditional hammer mills.
It is widely applied to the food industry, for some oil materials grinding. For example, sesame, peanut, and almond can be ground by our crusher into 10-40 mesh powder.
And the machine has two types discharge ways as below.

Working Principle of BS seeds grinder mustard
The raw materials are feed into the roller area from hopper, they are milled into powder by the squeezed of the rollers.
We can get different sizes of final powder by adjusting the distance of two rollers.
The standard BS mustard seeds grinder machine has three rollers.If customers need finer powder, 4 group of rollers is also optional.

For small machine, we pack it in wooden case.
For super big machine, we will separate the machine into several parts and pack it with film. Then, fix them in container with steel to avoid any shaking or moving during the shipping.
