The function of blockage indicator is to monitor whether the filter element in hydraulic system or filter is gradually blocked due to intercepting pollutants in the system. When the filter element is blocked, the pressure of inlet and outlet oil will produce a pressure difference, that is, the filter element pressure loss. When this pressure difference increases to the value set by the transmitter, the transmitter will automatically send a signal to remind the system operator to clean or replace the filter element to ensure the safe operation of the system.
The following are some specific applications of the blockage indicator:
Filter blockage indicator: used for pipeline oil filter to monitor the pollution degree of filter element and send out a signal when it reaches the predetermined pressure difference.
Differential pressure signaling device: in the hydraulic system, the impurity particles in the monitoring oil are blocked by the filter element, which causes the filter element to gradually block, resulting in differential pressure, and sends out an electrical signal or a visual signal when it reaches a predetermined value.
Lubricating oil filter clogging indicator: used to monitor the pollution degree of oil suction or oil return filter, and prompt maintenance personnel to replace the filter element when the pressure difference reaches the set value.
VM series differential pressure indicator: used for high-pressure filter. When the filter needs to be replaced, it sends out electric signal to remind the operator.
Through these indicators, the blockage of the filter element can be found in time, so that corresponding maintenance measures can be taken to avoid system failure and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
