A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed small quantity samples are acceptable,each model max is 1 pc.
Sample charge and freight cost will be charged, and if you place a real order,we can refund the sample charge to you in the order amount.1st choice:30% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment or against HBL copy.

Q7. What is your terms of packing?
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new one with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.

A:Generally sample needs 5-10 days, mass production time needs 30-40 days depends on quantity.Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for Fan order?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available

C. Oct to March, MOQ is 500pcs each model
Q4: What is your terms of payment ?
1st choice:30% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment or against HBL copy.
2nd choice: LC at sight,but there will be extra bank charge.

A: 1st let us know your requirements or application.
2nd We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
3rdCustomer confirms the prices or samples,it will needand pay for deposit for formal order.
4th We arrange the production and shipment
Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly.But if need to print logo on product and package,the Min quantity will be 500pcs.Q7. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral brown cartons with Max. 4 colors.
If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
B: SKD, it means each part in separated box, like grill and blade 2set/box, motor 2pcs/box, pipe 10pcs/box, base 1pc/box
C: CBU, it means all parts in same master box, grill and blade and motor and pipe/ base 1pc put together into the master box.
- If you need the CBU packing with color gift box,the MOQ will be 1000pcs per design.
Q8: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 1 year warranty to our products.And there'll be 0.5%-1% free of charge easy-broken spare parts with the shipment.Q9: How to deal with the faulty?
