Application guide:
It is widely applied to the production of PVC,vinyl chloride copolymer, and cellulose resins. It can also be used to make thin films, artificial, wire, cable sheet,panel,molding, plasticized paste, etc.
This product can also be used as a softener for synthetic rubber, such as nitrile rubber. It will improve the product's rebound resilience and decrease the compression set.
In addition, it does not influence the vulcanization of glue stock.
About 80% to 90% of DOP are used in the PVC industry, the others are used for rubber, recycled plastic, lubricants, binder, paint, macromolecule additives, softener for printing ink, capacitor oil, ploy acetic ethylene and PVDC, etc.
Application examples:
Anti-atomization and weather-resistant agricultural PVC film, cables(insulation grade), conveyor belts, transparent hoses, ordinary artificial leather, enamel toys, packing material, PVC gloves, wallpapers, etc.
