Specially used for reducing concentration of high concentration wastewater, built-in scraper, treatment of easy to stick wall concentrated liquid. It is especially recommended for the treatment of adhesive or crystalline fluids, such as heavy metal wastewater, high brine, mother liquor, reverse osmosis concentrated water, etc.

The vacuum degree in the vacuum evaporation tank rises, and the waste water is sucked into the equipment through the raw water inlet valve with the help of the vacuum in the evaporator. Waste water in the evaporation tank to the medium level, stop liquid intake, vacuum degree reaches the set value, the compressor runs, began to heat. The low boiling point components are evaporated. The high boiling point components of the wastewater remain in the evaporator tank in the form of concentrate. The concentrate is automatically discharged through the equipment. The steam enters the vacuum cooling system along the pipe, condenses into liquid state through heat exchange with the refrigerant, and the distilled water is discharged along the outlet pipe.
