It accepts current inputs ranging from 0 to 20 mA and 4 to 20 mA, as well as voltage inputs ranging from -10 V to +10 V, -5 V to +5 V, 0 to 10 V, 0 to 5 V, and 1 to 5 V. The analog-to-digital conversion is performed with 16-bit resolution, providing accurate and precise measurements. The module has a 15-bit resolution for the analog input, allowing for a high level of detail in capturing the input signals.
The BMXAMI0800 features a first-order digital filter for noise reduction and offers a fast read cycle time of 1 ms plus 1 ms per channel used. The nominal read cycle time for all 8 channels is 9 ms, ensuring rapid data acquisition. The module has a precision internal conversion resistor with a low-temperature drift of 15 ppm/°C, ensuring accurate and stable measurements over a wide temperature range.
