The manufacturing process of wheel hubs includes gravity casting, pressure casting, and forging. Gravity casting is a low-cost but low-quality manufacturing method, while pressure casting can control costs while ensuring high strength and lightweight, while forging has high strength but high cost and low yield. Choosing the appropriate wheel hub requires consideration of multiple parameters, including hub size (diameter), hub width (J value), offset (ET value), etc. These parameters need to be matched with the car's suspension system to ensure that the wheel hub can be installed correctly on the vehicle.
