This machine is mainly used in industries such as boilers, chemical pressure vessels, nuclear power equipment, etc.
1. Key Features
- It is mainly used for saddle welding of nozzle to shell/ nozzle to elliptical or spherical dish end.
- Can realize multi-layer and multi-pass continuous welding.
- It is equipped with a rotating conductive current collector, and when multi-layer and multi-pass continuous welding is carried out, the cables are not entangled.
- Can work for a long time under the condition of workpiece preheating ≤ 200 ºC.
- To prevent excessive number of conductive rings, the control system is installed on the machine body and rotates together with the machine.
- The rotating conductive device adopts a dual wire, dual brush structure to ensure good conductivity.
