Both outer sleeve and inner sleeve are assembled by hot-charging (the outer sleeve expanded by heating, and the inner sleeve is contracted by cooling). The piston core is made of 42CrMo and the piston rubber is made of nitrile rubber or polyurethane rubber. The body and seat of the valve assembly are carburized and quenched with high quality
alloy steel 20CrMnTi . The surface hardness is bigger than HRC60. The cylinder is forged by high quality alloy steel 35CrMo or 40CrMnMo, and its inner wall hardness reaches HB285-330.
