The available shipping solutions include by courier express, by air and by sea. 2. APO/FPO/DPO&PO Box as delivery address is NOT acceptable. 

3. Unless otherwise stated in written, the Buyer is well noted the products are built subject to the quality standards of the Seller. Unless otherwise mutually agreed in written by the Seller and the Buyer, any third inspection party is not acceptable. The inspection/testing report by any mutual agreed third inspection party should be made subject to the quality statements in Trade Assurance Purchase Contract ("this Contract") and the quality standard presented by the Seller. 

4. In case of any return is necessary, the Return Request must be sent to the Buyer for approval firstly. Any return due to the Buyer's reasons is NOT acceptable. If the Buyer rejects to receive the products shipped under this Contract due to his/her own reasons and the return has to happen, the Seller reserves the right to claim the return shipping costs & charges from the Buyer, and the payment received by the Buyer will not be refunded. Any return of the customized items is NOT acceptable. 

5. Please be noted that the Seller will only follow what stated in this Contract, including but not limited to the product specifications, delivery address, recipient telephone and etc. 

6. Please be noted that the corresponding payment release by the Buyer indicates the Buyer agrees all the terms and conditions under this Contract. Any terms or conditions in this Contract, in case of conflict with these Additional Terms, are agreed by the Buyer and the Seller to be invalid.
