As standard, the wheel spacers and adapters from us are packed by inner carton boxes + master carton boxes. The fumigation free pallets may be adopted depending on the specific order sizes and shipping solutions.

The available shipping solutions include by courier express, by air and by sea. There are several important factors to be counted for before the best solution is decided, for example, the order size, shipping time needed, port of destination and etc.  We are ready to check the details for you for any specific orders.

Under any circumstances, any of the rest possible costs and charges in the country of the delivery address are NOT included in the prices listed, which should be for the account of the Buyer in case of happening. And please be noted that the Buyer has the obligations to cooperate in handling the custom clearance procedures in his/her country when requested by the shipping parties, including but not limited to provide the necessary documents, information, and etc.

2. APO/FPO/DPO&PO Box as delivery address is NOT acceptable. 

3. Unless otherwise stated in written, the Buyer is well noted the products are built subject to the quality standards of the Seller. Unless otherwise mutually agreed in written by the Seller and the Buyer, any third inspection party is not acceptable. The inspection/testing report by any mutual agreed third inspection party should be made subject to the quality statements in Trade Assurance Purchase Contract ("this Contract") and the quality standard presented by the Seller. 

4. In case of any return is necessary, the Return Request must be sent to the Buyer for approval firstly. Any return due to the Buyer's reasons is NOT acceptable. If the Buyer rejects to receive the products shipped under this Contract due to his/her own reasons and the return has to happen, the Seller reserves the right to claim the return shipping costs & charges from the Buyer, and the payment received by the Buyer will not be refunded. Any return of the customized items is NOT acceptable. 

5. Please be noted that the Seller will only follow what stated in this Contract, including but not limited to the product specifications, delivery address, recipient telephone and etc. 

6. Please be noted that the corresponding payment release by the Buyer indicates the Buyer agrees all the terms and conditions under this Contract. Any terms or conditions in this Contract, in case of conflict with these Additional Terms, are agreed by the Buyer and the Seller to be invalid.
