Description
In order to meet the customer's requirements for exploration core drilling tools, Hanlinsky provides the full range of reaming shells, which are used to maintain the critical hole diameter and to stabilize the drilling system in the hole during operation.
Surface Set Reaming Shell
Hanlinsky Surface Set Reaming Shells are seted by the natural diamonds outside of the shells, generally with the stone size 20/30SPC. The rock cutters are flushed smoothly as the well design of the waterways. Usually, there are available by spiral rib type or spiral segments type.
PCD Reaming Shell
The matrix ring of PCD Reaming Shell is seted by polycrystalline diamonds. The polycrystalline diamond is produced from the synthetic diamonds sintered with bond under high temperature and high pressure; it has an impressive abrasion resistance and high thermal stability. PCD reaming shell is suitable for soft to hard rock formations.
Tungsten Carbide Reaming Shell
Hanlinsky TC Reaming Shells is seted the tungsten carbides on the outside gauge. They give a great performance on some complex, soft to medium hard rock formations. Due to the relative low price of TC reaming shells for proper formations, They are more cost-effective than other types of reaming shells.
Electroplated Diamond Reaming Shell
The matrix ring of Electroplated Diamond Reaming Shell is electroplated with layers of synthetic diamonds in the electroplated liquid. They can be applicable in soft to ultra-hard rock formations. If drilling in high abrasive formations, its lifetime will be short.
