Surface set diamond drill bits have matrix wear resistance and erosion resistance, suitable for soft, medium hard, and hard rock layers, and can achieve higher rotational speeds.
The impregnated diamond drill bit belongs to the self sharpening drill bit, which is easy to operate. The diamond is well protected by the matrix and is suitable for drilling into various formations. It is a broad-spectrum drill bit.
The matrix height has 7, 9,12, 14, 16, and 24/mm, which can be made according to customer needs.
Waterway Form
1.Straight channel: It is simple enough and most commonly used.
2.Turbo shaped waterway: Rock powder is more likely to flush into the outer ring gap.
3.Fan shaped waterway: increases the internal and external momentum of water flow.
4.Bottom spray shaped waterway: suitable for fractured and powdery rock layers to prevent erosion of rock cores by flushing fluid.
5.Auxiliary water outlet waterway: auxiliary main water outlet for powder discharge, central part of cooling matrix.
