Brake lathe C9335A adopts the powerful AC motor of 1.1Kw, which can meet the demanding requirement of industrial motion.
Brake lathe can independent operation of cutting disc and drum.
Brake drum/disc cutting machine has two grades of revolution speeds to choose, which will meet the needs of cutting discs and drums of different diameters.
Maintenance of brake drum disc cutting machine:
1) before using equipment should be wiped clean, and give each injection point and rotation surface injecting grease.
(2) before the equipment run, should check the engine oil transmission oil level at work. According to equipment use frequency, the oil should be replaced about half a year.
(3) head, shaft sleeve, etc to loading and unloading, often should strictly avoid knock against. If there are bumps, available to fix the light sand bar.
(4) after using for a long time, the spindle copper set of fitting clearance of radial and axial clearance of vertical screw will increase due to abrasion, clearance is too large will affect machining precision for the equipment, and therefore should be adjusted as appropriate.
