3mm Brake Linings and Pads Fiberglass for brake pads is cutting from long fiberglass roving which was treated by special sizing used as filler with modified phenolic resin in production of brake pads,brake lining,brake drum,brake block,clutch plate.It also can be used with epoxy,modified silicone in friction materials.This fiber has excellent flow ability and dispersion with liquid resin or dry mixing with other materials and additives during production.It used as reinforcement of thermosetting plastics to increase mechanical properties(impact,tensile,compressive,flexural,high temperature resistant,abrasion resistant),improve dimensional stability and minimize distortion at elevated temperature.Finished products have excellent physical and mechanical properties.It is the best and economical alternative material of asbestos.

STORAGE:
The Brake Linings and Pads Fiberglass should be keep dry in their original bags and stored in a suitable place,preferably at room temperature with 35-65% relative humidity.Avoid the sun, rain and fire.

3.transportation by rail:for rail transportation,generally 20 pallets(each 1000kg,two layer)be loaded into train's container.
