MOQ is one piece for the Ready To Ship orders, 100pcs for customize orders.
3.What's the material of product?
Our mainly products are made of 925 sterling silver, OEM/ODM are welcome.
4.If I want to custom made, do you have the service?
All of our products can be custome made, if you have any questions and the special design, please contact to us.
5.What's the delivery time?
The delivery time depends on your quantities and our stock. 1~2 working days after payment confirmed for stock itmes, 10~15 working days for mass production orders.
6.What's the shipping method, is it free?
We cooperate with DHL, and also agent of other expresses, we will charge the fee what they charged.
7.What payment methods do you accept?

8.What happens if I do not receive my order?
It doesn't happen normally, but in case it happen, we strongly recommend to insure Your order. Our flat rate insurance fee is just 15 USD. We are not responsible for uninsured orders that will be lost, damaged or undelivered.
9.What should I do if the goods arrive damaged?
Please for sure, Our QC will check all good when they ship. Please take photo to us for confirm if products are destroyed by ship.And new one will be sent to you in your new order.
10.Can I return my item?
If for any reasons you are not happy with Your purchase, return the jewelry within 10 days and we will exchange it for you.
