It's a new kind material developed by our company( Fule(Jinjiang)Footwear Material Co.,Ltd), which use traditional TDI raw material instead of MDI, so it's more environmental. The density of flexible foam is 70-140 kg/m³, hardness of density 70 is 80-90(X.F.), hardness of density 90-140 is 13-25(ASKER)in variety, more choices.
The insoles made of flexible foam are more comfortable, more elastic than normal insoles in market. Compared with traditional insoles material, the most features of flexible foam are great elastic, ventilate, durable, not easy to deformable. Due to its special material, feet feel good. Meanwhile, the insoles are environmental, ventilate, moisture absorption,anti-bacteria, deodorant, which are apply to sports shoes, fashion shoes, casual shoes, kids shoes, ladies leather shoes and so on.
