Breathable Overspray Masking Film is a clear HDPE protective sheet, treated to ensure paint adsorption of both solvent and waterborne paints specific for vehicle painting jobs.
The masking film has an excellent paint adsorption due to corona treatment, and it clings to the car body and easy to cut due to electrostatic process.
Breathable masking film has "breathing" capability. Therefore, this film could keep the car body dry during high temperature operation, and prevents water mist and water drop.
Temperature resist as high as 120ºC.
It is thicker and stronger than popular overspray masking film.
The whole vehicle is covered, and the operation is simple and labor saving. By using the Aosheng mobile drag film tool covering can be done by one person.
When covering, the printing side is used upward to adsorb paint. We can making centred printing to help with showing the painting side and alignment. Usually the film printing is "PAINT THIS SIDE".
