1.Are you factory or trading company

Reply: We are a 20 years' professional factory specializing in producing PP luggage.
2.Can you do OEM & ODM ?
Reply: Yes,we can.But we'll charge the fee of opening a new mould.
3.Sample lead time and container lead time?
Reply: Sample is 5-10 days, container lead time is about 35-40 days.
4.About the sample fee.
Reply: We will charge the sample fee,if you decide to build cooperation relationship with us and have an order,then the sample charge will be refundable.
5.What is the payment term? 
Reply: T/T or L/C available
T/T, 30% deposit, 70% balance before delivery. 
L/C acceptable, but charge extra 1% of the contract amount.
