The gypsum board lamination machine included the following:
Part 1: Laminating Section
The device uses double-sided adhesive coating technology. Gelatinize and laminate of the front and back side at the same time (front PVC film, opposite is aluminum film) without turning over.
Equipment includes: conveyor roller, glue device,decoiling equipment and pressure device, board- out roller, control system.
Part 2:Cutting machine
Put gypsum board after being laminated placed on the board in roller , which makes the board forward. First reach the vertical three-axis cutting saw to cut the board into two pieces, and continue forward; through horizontal board pushing device to convey to the five-axis cross-sectional steering saw and the board shall be cut into 600mm * 600mm size, and then transport to the edge sealing machine, where to finish two times edge sealing process and then to the stacking station, to achieve quantitative stacking and alignment.
Part 3:Edge Sealing machine
PLC and HMI control system, it can produce quickly and stably, with high efficiency; It is the professional edge sealing equipment which makes ceiling tiles.
Part 4:Thermoplastic Packing Machine
It includes two parts: edge sealing&cutting machine and shrinking machine, the product will be covered films and cut automatically, then go through shrinking machine and finish packing.
