Mobility is the key feature behind the ship loading configuration of Conveyor. Equipped with all-wheel steering, the portable ship loading conveyor achieves five modes of transportation including crab, radial, carousel, inline and parallel movements. It'll go anywhere you want it to!
In addition to mobility, the Conveyor's internal stinger conveyor extends and retracts to hit multiple holds from the same feedpoint. That means more uptime and less downtime for repositioning your equipment. The portable ship loader nearly doubles its length when full-extended.
In many cases, owners also like to equip their Ship Loading Conveyor with an integrated truck unloader. It's mounted to the rear or either side of the ship loader and maintains a compact footprint to fit within most dock and terminal settings.
Truck unloaders are equipped with operator platforms, enclosed conveyor belts and maintain the integrity and quality of your material from truck to ship.

1. TRUCK UNLOADER
Optional rear and side mounted unloader with an operator platform. Rear model rotates 30° in either direction.
2. LOAD ZONE
Combination of sealing system and connection between truck unloader and ship loader significantly reduces opportunity for spillage.
3. ALL-WHEEL TRAVEL MOBILITY
All-wheel steering with five modes of travel. Allows for crab, radial, carousel, inline and parallel travel.
4. RAISE AND LOWER
Hydraulically raise or lower the ship loader from 14° to 21°, which accommodates for varying tide and heights of ships.
5. STINGER CONVEYOR
Uptime is increased when the extendable internal conveyor reaches multiple cargo holds without repositioning the load zone.
6. TELESCOPING CHUTE
Combination of spyglass shape and UHMW construction is lightweight and resistant to plugging.
