Q1. Are you a trading company or factory?
A: We are factory and we have experienced technicians(more than 20 years experience in screening and conveying flied).
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: We usually accept T/T, L/C;
B. T/T: 30% in advance, the balance before delivery;
C. We will test each machine before delivery, also we will show their pictures and videos to client for remote confirmation.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery and delivery time?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU etc..... Generally, it will take 7-10 days after received advanced payment. For customized products will need about 15 days -20 days that based on different situations.
Q4. Could you provide technology support?

Q5. What is the MOQ of customized products?
A: we are factory, the MOQ of 1 set is available for us, even if it is customized products, don't worry.
