Bulk Various Colors Strontium Aluminate Pigment for textile
1. Components:
1) Resin(liquid one) or Varnish:
Choose colorless, transparent resin or varnish.
Due to the pigment is a little alkaline, the choosed Resin or Varnish had better Neutral or
Alkaline
2) Glow Pigment:20%--50%, to get best glow, 50% is better.
3) Other Additives:
Dispersing Agent:1% Methyl silicone oil xylene soluble liquid
Anti-settling Agent: Fumed Silica
2. Specific Information:
1) Use glass or ceramic or enamel container
Because there is aluminum in the formula, if fricted with metal, the pigment turn black
and loss glow.
2) Use high speed stainless agitator
3. Usage:
1) The glow paint can be brush, spraying and coating.
Had better brush 2-3 times in order to make the coating uniform.
2) Before using the glow paint, painting a white layer(reflective one is better) on the surface to
get better glow.
3) At last, painting a layer of transparent varnish. It can Improve the coating's gloss and
abrasion resistance .
4) Control the paint coating thickness in the scope of 100-150 microns.
5) The gravity of the pigment is around 3.6g/cm3, it is easily to be precipitation.
Before using glow paint, stir it thoroughly.
