Product overview
The BZ self-priming clean water pump (hereinafter referred to as the electric pump) is a new-generation product designed in accordance with the performance parameters specified in the enterprise standards and combined with the many years of production experience of our company. The pump has the advantages of compact structure, small size, beautiful appearance, small installation floor area, stable operation, long service life, high efficiency, low power consumption, and convenient installation. Moreover, it can be used in series or in parallel according to the requirements of head and flow rate. This electric pump consists of three parts: an electric motor, a mechanical seal, and a water pump. The motor is a single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motor. A mechanical seal is adopted between the water pump and the electric motor. The rotor shaft of the electric pump is made of high-quality carbon steel materials and has undergone anti-corrosion treatment to ensure that the shaft has more reliable mechanical strength, which can effectively improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the shaft. Meanwhile, it also facilitates the maintenance and disassembly of the impeller. "O"-shaped rubber sealing rings are used for static sealing at the fixed spigot sealing positions of the pump.Scope of use
1. It is applicable to urban environmental protection, greenhouse sprinkler irrigation, construction, fire protection, chemical industry, pharmacy, dye printing and dyeing, brewing, electric power, electroplating, papermaking, petroleum, mining, equipment cooling and so on.
2. It can be used in conjunction with filter presses of any model and specification, and it is the most ideal matching pump type for sending slurry to the filter press for pressure filtration.
3. The BZ self-priming centrifugal pump is suitable for transporting clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to those of clean water. When equipped with a rocker-type sprinkler head, it can also spray water into the air and disperse it into fine raindrops for spraying. It is a good implement for farms, nurseries, orchards and tea gardens.
