Such kind of big center hole is only suitable for round shape glass lids. The size of the center hole depends on customer's special requirement. And bigger hole size, higher waste rate of semi-finished goods and tempered, while output rate is lower. Production cost will increase and price will be comparatively high.
We need to use the cutter to drill the hole, different sizes of central hole require different cutter. Therefore, if we don't have ready cutter same as your sizes, we need to open the mould for cutter, it will take about 3 days more to make the sample, meanwhile, extral mould charge will be caused.

Advantages of tempered glass
1.Safe: When the glass is external damaged, debris are tiny grains with obtuse angle, bringing down the risk of hurting people.
2.High strength: the impact resistance of tempered glass 3 to 5 times higher comparing with the ordinary glass with the same thickness, while the bending strength 3-5 times higher.
3.Thermal stability: Tempered glass has good thermal stability, temperature it can withstand is 3 times higher than that the ordinary glass do, and it can withstand 200 °C temperature difference.
