Calcium acetate is an acetate salt of calcium, the molecular formula is C4H6CaO4 , anhydrous calcium acetate has very good hygroabsorbability, so common calcium acetate exists in the form of monohydrate (Ca(CH3COO) 2.H2O )
Product Application
1.It is widely used in bread to prevent rope formation thus extending the shelf life of the product.
2.Calcium Acetate is an effective anti-rope agent and does not effect the fermentation process,taste of the bread.
3.Calcium Acetate also finds its application in the production of resonates for printing inks.
4.Calcium Acetate can be used to increase the milk fat production of dairy cows.
5.it is used in Calcium soap manufacturing,in the production of high temperature lubricating grease and an catalyst for polyester production.
